Ivan, Jessica and Wendy, (who lead the organisation) have active roles outside of the organisation with land based charities. Ivan is Chair of Trustees at Landmarks, an organisation supporting people with learning difficulties, where he has worked as a volunteer for 15 years. Wendy is a member of Landmarks, a Parish Councillor and member of Glentworth Village Hall Committee. Jessica is a volunteer at UTASS (Upper Teesdale Agricultural Support Services), a registered charity providing a wide range of support services to communities in Teesdale; specialising in agricultural matters.
