What new organisational and funding models of rural health care are emerging?

On behalf of a NHS Trust and charity, we are carrying out an international piece of research looking at how to overcome workforce shortages (i.e., recruitment and retention) in the health and care sector.

This project will lead to a report and conference in 2017 setting out initiatives which might help address shortages and improve health access, quality and outcomes for rural residents.
