In partnership with CM International, Rose Regeneration was employed to provide an independent evaluation of the Pembrokeshire Produce Direct supply chain initiative.

The evaluation formed part of the delivery commitment to the Rural Development Plan for Wales and was carried out in accordance with the EU Common Monitoring and Evaluation Framework (CMEF).

This involved the collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative datasets.

The evaluation report provided an overview of the unintended outcomes and broader outcomes of the project and provided insights into good practice features.
